Our special theme this Sunday is Making Life Brighter!  We will share outcome steps from the all-church assessment process and our key initiatives for 2007.  It's going to be a great time of fresh focus on the essential component for brighter living across this year.  Definitely a can't-miss Sunday!

Philippians 2:12-18, John 8:12, Matthew 5:14-16 and Philippians 2:3-11

In the game of golf, a mulligan is a chance for a do-over.  It is a chance to take another shot.  We'll see in Joshua 8 that God provides us with real-life mulligans.

In this message, it is my goal to totally debunk what you think success is.  We pick up the Israelites' journey and amazing entrance into the Promised Land at the end of Joshua 5.  As we continue into Joshua 6, we'll find some sure-fire ways to fail - and hopefully be able to turn them around into Bold Successes in our lives.

Renewal is a regular and necessary part of life.  Cell phone batteries, gas for our automobiles, food and sleep for our bodies - they're all forms of renewal.

How about spiritually?  What do you do when you realize your soul is drained; when you sense that all is "not right" with you and God?

Today we'll look in Joshua 5:2-12 and see a rather brash discussion of the medical and anatomical procedure of circumcision.  What is crucial in this story is to understand why this took place, and what meaning such an ancient account has for our lives today.
